  • Discover a 3-minute process that will help you process emotions and thoughts more quickly. This tool can be used to clear that foggy, distant and surreal feeling, and help you to get unstuck. It can also help you generate new ideas and get into a flow.
  • Unpack a one-size-fits all 2-miunte tool that you can use on yourself or others, to deal with everything from stress to illness to lack of hydration to emotional upset.
  • Learn a 1-minute tool to reset or reboot your system when you have been thrown or are feeling completely out of whack.
  • Learn Heartmath’s Quick Coherence Technique and Notice and Ease Tool, and discover variations of the processes that you can use for issues like forgiveness.
  • Learn a quick 20-second tool you can utilize to balance and normalize your stress levels without anyone noticing, even when you are sitting directly in front of someone.
  • Learn a longer technique that you can use for up to 20 minutes, that will help you process information and emotions much more quickly and effectively.

How does it work?

Once you register and pay for the course, we will send you an email with all the details of the day.

On the day of the course you’ll arrive at the venue and we will spend the day completing a number of tools and running them on yourself and others so that the information really sinks in. We won’t just give you the tools; we’ll run them on you within the group so that you walk out feeling like a new person.

After the course we will send you digital copies of all the tools we’ve given you for daily health and stress management, so that you have resources to help you maintain your pace going forward.

We highly recommend you take the day after the course to just rest and relax, as it will take your body between three days and three weeks to process the information and emotions you’ve released during the workshop.

Drink lots of water before, during and after the workshop, as it will help your body process this entire experience much more quickly.
