Chakra Visual Meditation Tool
Let's face it - meditation is not the easiest thing in the world to do.
Even if you've been doing it for years, meditation is a state that can be difficult to access - especially when you are in a state of emotional turmoil... which usually happens to be when you most need the help!
This range of visual meditation tools is designed to give you healing on multiple levels... first, you actually spend of time in meditation, feeling the rhythm of your own mind. No need for me to extol the benefits of meditation if you're already looking for tools is there?
But in case there is... meditation benefits you on EVERY level - so much more than just the immediate relief of mental and emotional calmness. Meditation reduces stress, improves health, lightens your mood, calms you, fights illness and so much more.
Additionally though, these tools also allow you to bring chakra and color healing, as well as platonic solids, into the healing experience.
Things like platonic solids aren't easy to find for the average person... and even if you find one, chances are you have no idea how to include it in your healing experience.
The same can be said of chakra and color healing work... how do you include it in your healing experience?
These visual meditation resources have taken care of that for you!
Simply choose a platonic solid based on your intuitive feel (so you 'feel like' that's the right one), or choose based on the element that the solid represents. You can even choose any of them simply because it's pretty or mesmerizing to you.
Once you're inside the tool page, use the color selector to select a predefined color linked to a chakra (the pinks are chakras 8 and up), and you get platonic solid and color chakra therapy mixed into your meditation.
It's that simple really - you just have to be around the color or solid, and be exposed to it. Now, however, you can just pop on and use this tool - because we've done the hard work for you.
How to Use the Visual Meditation Tools
See that cool color picker to the right over there? Don't press it yet - that one doesn't work lol... but the one inside the tool will :)
Once you're inside the tool, simply choose the color that you most need from the predefined color choices, which are based on the chakra colors mostly. This way you can directly target a chakra.
If however you don't like the predefined color range, simply press the 🎨 icon, and a color picker will appear, and you can pick any color you want to!
It doesn't matter which color you decide to use at the end of the day, because they all have healing abilities. The same applies to the shapes for the visual focus point.
🎨 PRESET COLOR MEANINGS
There's no time limit either - you can meditate for as long or as short as you'd like to. The animation will simply loop until you close the page.
There's no audio either, so this is great as an on-the-go tool that won't attract attention... so you can even use it as a stress reliever. You can however add an audio element by playing your favorite song or soundtrack.
When you are done meditating, simply press the 🏡 icon and you'll come back to this page.

Additionally, it's calming and balancing energy makes the spiral a great go-to tool for forgiveness applications, surrendering, letting go and finding harmony within relationships.
🌺 Flower of Life
The Flower of Life represents the process of creation, and all the stages of creation.
Containing many of the sacred shapes, the flower of life is found in the Metatron's Cube. The shape contains the Vesica Piscis, Egg of Life, Seed of Life, Fruit of Life, and the Tree of Life.
Use this tool when you want to create or manifest something, but remember: the rule of balanced manifestation is that whatever you manifest must be for the greater good, or a group of people. You should never use manifestation for your own personal desires, as there are negative consequences.

The dodecahedron is also useful for when you are feeling disconnected from God or Source, or are experiencing doubt or a crisis of faith. It's a way to open yourself up to faith again, without risking the trigger of other religious symbology.

Because it targets the body, this is a great platonic solid to use for physical healing as well.
Representing stability and grounding energy, the hexahedron is also a great meditation tool to use to ground and center yourself. This is a lot easier than walking around the office barefoot and having everyone look at you funny... and not just cos your feet smell lol ;)
Associated to the element of water, the icosahedron corresponds to the 2nd, or sacral chakra.
This means that the icosahedron governs energies such as movement, flow, emotions, change, going with the flow, your emotional state and creativity.
Use the icosahedron if you are emotional or upset, or if you have a creative block.
The tool is also useful for concentration and productivity, as it calms the emotions that leave us unable to think clearly.
Ladies may find this useful for calming PMS, period pains and cramps, pregnancy related issues and even menopause.
Also known as the star tetrahedron, or alternately a merkabah.
The 2D shape for the merkaba is a a Star of David, the Jewish symbol with the two triangles.
The merkaba is not a traditional pyramid inverted over another, but rather a three-sided pyramid, or tetrahedron.
With it's triangle pointing down, the merkaba represents the male, while the upwards pointing triangle represents the female. So the symbol is about balance of the energies, a coming together of two different ideals or energies.
Use the merkaba to connect with Higher Powers, as well as to balance relationships, or any other area of your life.

Represents the element of fire and linked to the solar plexus chakra.
Fire is about rapid expansion and volatile movement, while solar plexus represents your personal power... put that together and the tetrahedron is about your personal power and creating change.
There is no right way up for a tetrahedron - all four sides are exactly the same. This also makes this a great shape for balance, grounding and stability.
Use the tetrahedron while preparing for a big day, when you feel powerless, when you are experiencing doubt, and when you want to create rapid change.
