Statement Snippet Generator for your Mission Statement & Elevator Speeches
Even when you're in a room with marketing professionals who know what they're doing, finding the starting point for creating a Mission Statement or Elevator Speech is tough.
With that challenge in mind, we've broken this process down into steps, and you're on the very first page of that process. At the end of this page, you should have a series of statements, and statement snippets, that you can use to cobble your mission statement & elevator speech together.
We've started with the 30 Customer Values as a base. Underneath each value, you'll find animated sliders that contain the keywords that you often find in these kinds of statements.
Try to complete all 30 categories. This should give you ample to play with when it comes to creating your mission statements & your elevator speeches. And it's all over & done with in one go.
You can also use this tool as a way of unpacking new product & service ideas, getting an holistic feel for the value the product brings, and defining a variety marketing communications messages to choose from.
Allow the animations to play, and when you find a word that you like, simply tap on it, and it will populate to its spot in the statement. Keep going only as far as you want... but remember: you're just gathering snippets here. So don't be afraid to give yourself lots of different options.
There are blocks below each slider generator tool, and you can copy statements that you like, and paste them in there. Those blocks are also completely editable, so that you can note any inspiration that strikes.
At the end, generate out your statement snippets, and save them for use tomorrow, or the day after.
This next bit is important! Take your time doing this first part over a day or two, and then wait at least 24 hours before you do the second bit.
This will give your mind time to process and integrate the snippets, and will make the second organization step, a lot easier to do.
