Shifting Too Much


When you do vigorous shifts like we're doing right now, you run the risk of going into shifting overload.

What is shifting overload or shifting crisis?

  Shifting too much and too fast

Basically you've been processing through emotion and thoughts so much that it puts enormous strain on your system.

You land up sick, fatigued, having a breakdown or even potentially having a mental breakdown.

Mental breakdowns are more likely to be caused by cognitive dissonance.

What is cognitive dissonance?

You know when you're in the space of realizations and you get a thought that makes perfect sense - but you can't remember the thought of words when you're back in the real world? That's cognitive dissonance.

Basically your mind can't accept and hold the thought once you're back in the morphic field where another thought is dominant.

So there's a mental and energetic conflict that occurs that can cause a mental snap as you try to align the two realities.

What to look out for...

Wanting to completely hibernate for more than a few days. If you want to hibernate a few days here and there it's fine. A week later and it means you need help, so get some.

Being overly emotional, weepy and depressed. Having suicidal thoughts.

Getting sick. Flu like symptoms.

Feeling completely numb or wanting to give up. Letting go is not giving up. You can give up, sacrifice, let go, surrender, release or let God. These are all variations but they mean different things.

Giving up means you feel hopeless and powerless. Letting go or letting God means that you trust Source to take care of the details.

What to do

Get to a healer or shaman.

Slow down and listen to your body.

Honor your cravings and drink lots of water.

What will trip you up?

The contrast of quiet periods and days in between such hectic shifting will feel extreme.

The emotion is hectic when you're processing but the boredom and quiet is worse in contrast.

You can most often expect a quiet period after a big cosmic realization. Usually there's a 24 hour lull as the meridians install that learning for you. A meridian cycle runs 24 hours.

The emotions are going to be extreme and you need to FEEL them to let them go. The resistance makes it take long. If you just feel them completely then they're over in seconds.

Don't wait more than a week to get help!

Some shifts move at lightning speed and keeping up takes help.

The posts and realizations will cut you through layers but won't support your system in processing these energies. They'll just add load.

In the long term they'll help hugely because it reduces the amount of shifts you have to go through. The payoff is that the one revelation release can be intense.

If you are overloading or sinking into depression then reach out. Isolation will make you feel so much worse right now - you need to connect to others and lighten the loneliness load on the planet.

Being a lightworker comes with responsibility and that responsibility is that you must be aware of your impact.

You already know that people feel it when you're in a mood - this is the part of that you don't see: your energy spreads and impacts the people in your geography.

It becomes self perpetuating.

  • You go down and hibernate.
  • People in the field around you feel it and start sinking down, which pulls you further.
  • So you hibernate further, which makes the field make you want to hibernate more.
  • So you hibernate further. It's endless.
  • Eventually you've talked and thought yourself into a depression that was unnecessary.

These energies will pass - it's just day to day and step by step right now.

You can't see past the decisions you have to make and decisions are coming.

The future is uncertain and you feel hopeless and powerless at times - but it always passes. You reach for healing because you know it will pass.

Keep remembering that - this too shall pass.

Look for the good and keep reaffirming it. It will help a lot.
