As a Practitioner in any of the alternative healing disciplines, from Reiki to BodyTalk and Life Coaching, you’re often faced with clusters of clients facing similar problems or problems in the same arena.

The following model for the levels of personal growth is a life coaching model based on the PEMS Scale – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

THE MIND that serves Spirit is invulnerable. Key word, THE MIND.

The all-loving slant of the 3D spiritual world means that we tend to think of spirituality and the journey in terms of emotions; reaching for vague concepts like ‘love’.

But the journey is mental - it happens in your mind; most notably your inner voice.

The Money Problem Part 1 - Your Money Mindset

When money worries and anxiety set in, it seems to take over your whole world.

It’s overwhelming and all-consuming and you just don’t know how to stop thinking about it.

Worse than that though, it almost feels as if you are being cheated and deprived when you start having to make longer term lifestyle and budgetary adjustments, and when you feel cheated and victimized, you start getting despondent in other areas - like at work.

I mean why are you working so hard if you can’t even afford a decent lifestyle?

The Money Problem Part 2 - The Practical Reality of Tightening Your Belt

If you’re in the development and spiritual game, there’s a comment you will hear a lot from teachers and other seekers, and it has to do with confusion that people can’t understand them, especially when they’re talking so plainly and literally.

At first you take this very personally, and land up spending a lot of time adjusting your communication style, but eventually, you realize that the reason people can’t understand you is because they don’t want to understand you - so they block you out.

The reasons for this are varied, and usually have to do with the reward that they gain from the challenging aspect or behavior.

Look there is no silver bullet for this part - it’s going to keep coming up in small layers on a daily basis, and you will just keep chipping away at it, little bit by little bit.

The Morphic or Holographic Field Explained - the missing information link you've been looking for to tie the puzzle together

Hi Beautiful Souls

I mention the morphic or holographic field a lot, because, well, it’s crucial to understanding everything… but like everything, the understanding unfolds in layers.

It’s crucial though - right up there with Ego, and so it is something that you do have to pay attention to. It’s also a game changer that will fill in so many of the missing blanks - there’s not a day I don’t realize something more about the field and how it applies. The missing pieces it ties together are just amazing.

So this is the bit you really want from me… the cliff notes edition on how to attain enlightenment and ascension yourself.

Here's the caveat…

This will NOT be easy. This will involve many ego deaths, and those ego deaths are one of the most important parts of the journey.

You will lose attachments – to people, relationships, things. Attachments you have will be taken from you, like relationships ending and facing bankruptcy.

Once you’ve crossed the threshold you will understand why – so accept it as part of the journey and do not become disheartened.

Every thing you give up, every challenge you face is preparing you for the upper levels – and you will be grateful for all of them when you get there. I promise you that.

Understanding the Shifting and Mercury Retrograde Cycles for the year, illustrated with 2020 dates.

The Shifting Cycle is a cycle that looks at what you can expect from your healing journey, personal growth, or spiritual journey at different times of the year.

If you’re looking for it, it won’t be too hard to notice this pattern, and it’s pretty simple: there is a busy half of the year for shifting, and a quieter half of the year. It’s like astrology: a global energy that affects us all.

Lightworkers - Here’s an action you can take to make an immediate difference

The Trump Thing

In between painters, a flooded house and a crazy workload, I haven’t had much of a chance to get onto social media and media to see what people are saying, but the little bit I have seen worries me enormously.

Everything I have seen so far is people spreading messaging of hatred and fear – we’re going to create our own reality with this.

What does it mean to transcend, how does it shortcut your personal growth and how exactly do you do it?

Like any area of expertise, spirituality has its own set of unique jargon terms that people love to bandy around. Among the more vague terms are ideas like surrender, acceptance and transcendence.

All the basics you need to know about expressing love twin flames, creating love twin flames, false twin flames and twit flames.

Once you start understanding the whole twin flame duality thing, and how it’s about reconciling opposite extremes to find new balance, you can see how it’s playing out a societal level in the LGBTQ and poly movements.

Around the world twin flame relationships are appearing and exploding – in a good way and bad.

Often though, twin flame relationships are faced with major challenges right from the beginning – why?
