How to interpret seeing ugliness and ego in others & what makes YOU worthy on the spiritual journey
Wow - had no idea how to title this, so just read it please lol ;)
We spend a lot of time, as seekers, seeing the ugliness and ego in people we deal with.
At first, yes, this is mirrors, so that you can see and own your own dark, in order to mitigate your ego.
However, at later stages on your journey, especially once you've dropped your own mirrors around those aspects, you kind of expect to STOP seeing those aspects and stop being bothered by them - but you don't.
So first off, it's not entirely true that you can ever completely drop a mirror - you need to drop that belief system. The energy will always impact you in some way, even if that impact is a neutral impact.
Secondly, you are seeing this as God-level lesson... the scale basically goes Human - Messiah - Prophet - God, with most ego on human side and least on God's side. So it's a scale of less ego.
As you move closer to God, you begin to see things from God's point of view. It's because you've made yourself available as a conduit on this plane.
Think of it like this: God needs a presence (representatives) on the plane because God can't be in a body in this current morphic field.
So God uses the conduits' bodies to be present on Earth, basically taking possession of the body for a while in order to experience Earth.
When God leaves, the emotion of what God has experienced is left behind - along with all the resulting stress etc.
So a lot of the emotional response and charge you feel is seeing this from God's point of view. God won't stop being angry about the way people abuse free will, so that mirror is not going away.
But there's more...
Duality lessons fall into one of four types... conflicts, contrasts, complements and polarities.
The categories are exactly what the words mean:
The aspect conflicts the other aspect, e.g. anxiety conflicts faith. You don't have true faith if you are anxious.
The aspect contrasts the other aspect, e.g. someone's dithering and time-wasting makes you realise how much you appreciate someone else's efficiency.
The aspect complements the other aspect, e.g. those couples where they have a matching and balanced personality quirk, like the lady loves driving and the gent hates it. Or when you meet, that one of you sleeps on the left and the other on the right by default - they naturally align. If you looked at faith, faith is complemented (enhanced) by self confidence and experience gained. They make it easier to have faith.
The aspect polarises the other - polar opposites. e.g. if you are experiencing doubt, you don't have faith.
We tend to think of polarities first with dualities, but the other more subtle aspects, often pass us by.
And that's where you're really going wrong with how you see all this: you're meant to be seeing the contrast of yourself.
All of us have this self doubt thing - which honestly, is a bit ridiculous when you look at us in contrast to others around us.
What you're being shown is the contrast of yourself to others... what makes you worthy on the spiritual journey. Why you were offered this, why the team wants you.
We're so used to just complaining about people, that we often don't ask why we're seeing this - they're trying to show us why they've chosen us.
The reason is your self confidence: at a certain stage of the journey you have to accept your abilities. Actually this happens for every shift - you get the resonance and then a few months later, you accept consciously that you are capable of that ability.
What you're being shown is the proofs of what makes you worthy.
It's a lot to do with paradigm blindness... how far back and ahead on the journey you can see.
You can only understand people a certain level behind you - teachers often don't want students below a certain level. You wouldn't want a grade 1 in a class where you were teaching high school AP Physics. It doesn't make sense.
But because we only see a distance backwards and forwards, and we benchmark against Jesus or God or Metatron (cos we have balls, let's be honest), and we naturally have self doubt (humility - lack of faith in our abilities; that's what it means yes), we don't see ourselves for what we are - and so we don't accept our ability consciously. That's what these are here to show you - so look for that.
Ask yourself.... what does this show me about myself? Why am I seeing this contrast?
If you see people constantly judging and gossiping and it bugs you, then ask yourself what you do differently? Why does this bug you? Why do you want them to stop?
If it shows you something negative, it's a mirror to clear. You will have cleared it by bringing it to consciousness anyway.
If it shows you something good about yourself - that's to show you what makes you worthy as a warrior.
You have to accept and see the good in yourself as well. You have to own what you can do.
Jesus didn't stand around checking in if everyone thought he was correct - neither did Buddha or Muhammad.
A BIG part of faith is trust in yourself - this is one of the ongoing ways Source helps you build that.
