A retrospective view on my Twin Flame ending - and why I’m glad I finally got the hell out of, well, hell!

So this week marks exactly a year since I found out that my Twit Flame had catfished me.

Understandably, I booted his slimy ass to the curve pretty much the moment I found out. A guy who cheats on TWO women for FOUR YEARS is not exactly a keeper LOL - no matter how “extraordinary” the “love” was.

But that’s the thing that traps most Twin Flames isn’t it…? The “pull” of the “love" is undeniable. You can’t resist it, it’s an addiction.

There will come a point in your evolution when you suddenly start receiving past life and karmic information.

It can be a fair shock when this happens, and often you’re inclined to disregard it. So the first rule is: DON’T disregard it.

People don’t understand you and you don’t fit in

If you’re really honest about it, the reason that you started the spiritual seeking was because you don’t fit into society - people don’t understand you or get you.

For most of us, the journey was tied to likability and popularity - obviously as we became more spiritual, more people would be drawn to us and like us.

Whether it was fixing the relationships with our parents, or our kids, or finding a lover, or a group to work with, the underlying presupposition was always that this journey would bring us closer to people, i.e. they would like us more.

Possibly the most frustrating thing about working with ego is the deep attachment to personalisation, victim mentality, suffering and the willful ignorance.

I distinctly recall being given timelines on my dark night, knowing that I would still face years of trial, and sticking my head down and doing it.

Even though I knew I was in for the long haul and it would be difficult and painful, I still said okay. And I opened myself to change.

So the restlessness has somewhat started subsiding as the new downloads are starting… and they started with a humdinger this morning hey.

When you first start getting the aha moments on your journey, you stall for a few minutes while you assimilate the information, and you generally go quiet and can’t speak.

Once you’re past a certain level, you really just feel the relief that the lesson releases - and past a point you’re on duality lessons: lessons of all that is. So here you get multiple ahas that lead to a bigger aha, or puzzle fitting together - often a reshimo (pulling down and completing a spiritual lifetime).

Science is as much a religion as Christianity or Islam

Unless you have physically conducted every experiment yourself, and verified the existence of every element of any scientific "evidence" you present, your scientific evidence has no more validity than anything presented in any spiritual or religious text.

Whether you are reading a text book or a religious text, you are reading the words of a man you don't know, written down, and you have accepted them as the truth - when you don't even have proof that that author exists in fact.

Like the stories presented in religious and spiritual teachings, science (fiction) is the hearsay and observation of others who (apparently) experienced it, and then recorded it for posterity.

Because twin flame relationships are about reconciling dualities, or extremes, they’re often not the easiest relationships to navigate.
